Dukan diet

hi,
I have being a weight watcher almost all my life, YET....I still add weight. I have tried several diets, warrior diet, cabbage soup diet, starvation diet (oh yes!!!) and so on... still after a few months, it comes right back.
I read about the dukan diet while surfing the internet one day, and i was really intrigued by the before & after pictures of dukaners(as they call themselves). The diet's structure seemed nice to me cos it was long term, and the author also tells you what to do to keep the weight off after you lose it, (who doesn't want that :)).
Now, as a Nigerian that lives in Nigeria, the food list is not friendly (at all), the biggest challenge was the oat bran. I could not find oat bran in my locality at all, i had to improvise, i used quick oats in place of oat bran.
I know Dr. Dukan was very specifc about the oat bran, but am sorry, i just had to try this diet.
I have being looking up recipes on the internet and e no go easy oo. But... a girl has to try and i am blogging to help me be committed, cos am scared of weighing 100kg, currently am weighing 95kg, my hopeful true weight is 70kg.
I intend to do the attack phase for 7days.
So today is day 1 of the attack phase.

Day 1.
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and 3 glasses of water

Lunch: Lean beef, palm size or a little bigger

Snacks: oatmeal muffin (made it myself, if you want the recipe though lemme know)

Dinner: baked fish (don't know the name, but its this fish road side woman fry that is really soft and white), if i find out the name would update.

Water: didn't count, but would ensure its 1.5ltrs.
